Crew Leader and General labor (Middlesex County)

Seeking motivated Crew Leader and General labor.
Crew Leader to oversee 3-4 person crew in detailing hull and superstructure for many boats.
General Labor to perform detailing work.
Responsibilities include: * cleaning * oxidation removal * waxing and/or applying sealant * organizing crew * communication with office when supplies are needed * positive attitude and strong work ethic a MUST.
Leader MUST possess a strong attention to detail, should have experience in oxidation removal, waxing, & ceramic coating * should be organized and have good communication/customer service skills * references from similar job Seasonal to start - (Mon - Sat).
Mid-March to begin.
