What Are Your Responsibilities? As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties.
Your role will involve building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
* Assist clients in buying and selling properties * Conduct market research to determine property values * Create and maintain listings of available properties * Show properties to potential buyers * Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements * Coordinate property inspections and appraisals * Stay up to date with real estate laws and regulations * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process What Are The Necessary Qualifications? * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills * Proven ability to negotiate effectively * Knowledge of real estate law and regulations * Sales experience is preferred * Passion for learning and growth * Strong work ethic, self motivation, and goal oriented mindset * Active real estate license required If you are motivated and willing to work hard, we can show you the path to six figures!
