As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Montauk Yacht Club, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our brand presence.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute strategies that attract guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist Sales Manager in identifying and targeting potential corporate clients, travel agencies and event planners
Maintain client databases and records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
Prepare sales proposals, contracts and presentations
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Marketing Assistance
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with the hotel's brand and target audience
Monitor and maintain the hotel's presence on social media platforms and the official website
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content
Coordinate and support promotional events, including press releases and partnerships
Guest Relations
Respond to guest inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally
Provide support for guest feedback and complaints resolution
Assist in managing the hotel's loyalty program and engage with loyal customers
Market Analysis
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities and industry news
Prepare reports and analysis on market trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance
Administrative Tasks
Maintain an organized filing system for sales and marketing materials
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the Sales and Marketing teams
Handle budget tracking and expense reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a sales or marketing role within the hotel industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
