As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns and ensuring our hotel remains a top choice for travelers.
Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in enhancing our brand visibility and attracting new guests while retaining our loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Montauk Yacht Club and its unique offerings
Manage the hotel's online presence, including website content, social media channels and online advertising campaigns
Create and curate engaging and informative content to showcase the hotel's amenities, services and local attractions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target key market segments and drive group bookings
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using metrics and analytics tools
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, travel agencies and industry partners
Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements and promotional videos
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract guests during peak seasons
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and performance evaluations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Knowledge of the local market and tourism trends
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
