00 per year Responsibilities Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend insurance policies that meet their unique needs Reach out to potential clients to generate new business (don't worry, we won't make you knock on doors in your neighborhood) Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (we like to win, but we are not sore losersusually) Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Requirements Previous sales experience (preferably in insurance) Self-starter with a strong work ethic (no couch potatoes allowed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (don't worry, we won't make you talk to robots) Ability to work independently and as part of a team (we're like a family, but without the awkward holiday dinners) Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)( if you don't have one, we'll make you jump through some hoops, but it's worth it) Must be coachable and willing to take and adapt to feedback (without an ego- sorry, divas need not apply) we're a team here, and we're all about helping each other grow and succeed.
