As a Client Services Associate
and Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Privé Padel, delivering exceptional service
and creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for all our guests.
This role is perfect for
someone passionate about luxury hospitality, sports, and building community.
*Responsibilities*:
* Welcome and interact with guests with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm
* Provide detailed information about Privé Padel services, facilities, and membership
* benefits
* Manage bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth operation of daily activities
* at the club including either Open or Close
* Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits
* Represent Privé Padel on social media by creating content, sharing experiences, and
* engaging with our community online
* Uphold the brand’s image and standards both in-person and virtually
* Assist in organizing and facilitating events and promotions throughout the season
*Qualifications*:
* Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in social media with a knack for digital engagement
* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Passionate about providing elevated hospitality services
