*Automotive Sales Manager*
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager or an energetic top Salesperson who would like an opportunity to advance.

We offer a 5 day work week, 7pm closing time, and closed on Sundays!
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
· Manage all showroom activities for the sales team including use of CRM system
· Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals
· Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all new/used vehicle sales employees
· Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings
· Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
· Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance
· Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions
· Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring a CRM system
· Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

*REQUIREMENTS*
· Sales Manager experience is a plus but not required!
· Proven track record of success in an Automotive Franchise
· Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
· Commitment to growing the manufacturer’s Certified Pre Owned Program
· Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
· Deep understanding of new car sales operations
· Steady work history
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $130,000.
