*Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
* Answer phones promptly
* Multi-tasking
* Locate any parts not in stock
* Complete special order part request for the customer
* Communicate with customers on parts status
* Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Identify parts on factory sites.
(Cummins, Mack, Caterpillar, Meritor, and more)
* Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
*Parts Counterperson Qualifications:*
* *Have 1+ years of Heavy Duty Truck experience preferred*
* Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Have strong organizational and time management skills
* Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
* Efficent in customer service and phone skill.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random during employment
* Must be familiar with computers
* Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
* Dependability
* ADP/CDK knowledge is a plus!
