Business Development Agent Monday- Thursday 8am-4pm Saturday 8am-4pm *WEEKEND AVAILABILITY* $16-$18 an hour depending on experience, plus a bonus structure based on performance! *PREVIOUS CAR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!! WITH PAID TRAINING!!* *Qualifications:* - High energy & positive with a strong work ethic - Good written and verbal communication skills o Comfortable on the phone o Ability to type well/fast - Professional and personable demeanor - Must be punctual - Experience with customer service is a plus - Eagerness to learn *Job Responsibilities:* - Answer customer calls and emails with goal of scheduling sales appointment.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Work in a high- volume, team environment with several other representatives.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily & follow up with previous and existing customers.
