2 yr old AKC show lines black and red German Shepherd male (Northeast CT)

Stunning AKC registered Polish longhaired show lines German Shepherd male Not neutered.
Housebroken.
Generally well trained.
Used to smaller enclosed yard.
LOOOVVVEESSSS other passive/chill dogs.
Very good motivated.
Will fetch but is generally lazy lol.
Loves tug games.
Is only dog here and I’m basically his human doggy playmate.
If not crated and not being 1000 percent occupied he will steal mittens slippers anything on a counter or desk to get your attention.
I feel he would do best/be happier in a farm like environment where he can roam about aimlessly or just be hanging out (loooves fall and winter, he’s not a fan of the heat but loves playing with his water hose) Ranch or need stairs.
He is EXTREMELY sloped and big bones so he doesn’t navigate stairs great.
Must be on all beef diet.
Chicken or fish give him diarrhea.
There will be a rehoming fee (I did buy him with full breeding rights which you’ll also have but I recommend testing… his mother is currently for sale by the breeder for 4000 breeding/2900 pet.
