Companions & Homemakers, part of the AccordCare family, is immediately looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Caregiver Recruiter) to work out of Norwich branch office location.

Essential Job Functions:
• Responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding of new caregivers
• Execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality caregivers who meet the projected needs of the company
• Conduct and document reference checks including work history, compensation information and manager feedback
• Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships
• Hold orientations 1-2 times per week in the office for newly hired caregivers
• Attend career fairs as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Education:
• At least two years in a recruitment type position
• Working knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
• Tech savvy, comfortable with heavy email, Microsoft Office and Google products
• Ability to attend career fairs as needed in the state of CT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to build relationships with current and potential Caregivers and drive them towards career success
Preferred Skills/Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Spanish Speaking Preferred, but not required.
• Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
• Experience in the homecare or healthcare industry
