A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOMECARE DIRECTOR:
You start your day at CareCo, fueled by the opportunity to make a positive impact.
You will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of a division of a homecare company.
The oversight will be A-Z meaning; recruiting, scheduling, team management, overseeing business development etc.
You dive into recruiting efforts, sourcing top talent to join our team of dedicated caregivers.
After interviewing potential candidates, you lead orientation sessions, ensuring each new hire is equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for success.
Throughout the day, you meticulously document new employee information and process paperwork efficiently.
