Manager of Data Analysis-Planning

Under the general direction of the Contract Compliance & Quality Assurance Director, the Data Analysis Manager is responsible for providing useful and relevant agency and community-level data reports and displays to TVCCA administration and department leads.
This person will coordinate, submit and maintain a high level of accuracy and reliability of State and Federal mandated data-related reports as part of the agency’s overall Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) practices.
Required Skills Preferred Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, statistics or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working within a nonprofit or governmental space or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to complete the essential job function.
Experience with various software products used for data analysis, integration and reporting.
Proficient presentation ability with inclination to visualize and translate data to varied audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and able to execute at an intermediate or above level.
Advanced skill level preferred for MS Excel.
A skills assessment will be administered prior to hire.
