The Recovery Technician Third Shift Lead at Lebanon Pines - maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for clients by monitoring a variety of activities including program activities, medication administration, and shift overview.
The Lead will serve as role model to other recovery technicians.
Provide direction and feedback to individuals on shift.
Train, orient, and coach new employees.
Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor and provide feedback to management regarding employee performance.
Orient clients to the facility and review the program rules and regulations.
Complete all non-clinical/non-medical admission paperwork and documentation required by the assigned department.
Ensure that all policies regarding screening of client property is followed to check for inappropriate items being brought into the facility.
Complete documentation per protocol including incident reports, shift reports, and inspection reports as required.
Obtain and document the client's vital signs, drug screens, and breathalyzers according to assigned department procedure.
