Service Manager

Busy, new car service department is seeking a Service Manager.
Responsibilities will include: -Greeting service customers -Scheduling service appointments -Capturing customers' vehicle concerns and documenting in a clear, concise manner -Advising customers on factory required maintenance(s) -Writing and selling estimates for repairs/services -Documenting repair orders in a clear, concise manner -Following up with customers throughout the day to keep them informed of vehicle status -Invoicing work orders and collecting payment -Dispatching work to technicians based on appropriate skill level/job category -Assisting co-workers with any minor questions/issues -Reconciling technician time cards daily -Reconciling customer payments daily -Maintaining customer satisfaction The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, hard working, has the strong ability to multi task, is customer-friendly and works well with others.
Position is salary, plus commission.
Shift is Monday-Friday 7:45AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.
