Located next to the picturesque Misquamicut Beach, Gino’s offers a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy delicious food and drinks with a view.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* 1.
\*\*Guest Experience:\*\* Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by providing attentive service, addressing feedback promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

\*\*Staff Leadership:\*\* Lead by example and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service by providing ongoing training, coaching, and support.
3.
\*\*Operations Management:\*\* Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
4.
\*\*Quality Control:\*\* Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in food and beverage service, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
5.
\*\*Inventory and Supplies:\*\* Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, utensils, and other front-of-house essentials, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking as needed.
6.
\*\*Event Coordination:\*\* Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and private parties, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
7.
\*\*Safety and Sanitation:\*\* Uphold health and safety standards by enforcing hygiene protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
8.
\*\*Financial Management:\*\* Assist in budgeting and cost-control efforts by monitoring expenses, optimizing labor scheduling, and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
\*Qualifications:\*\* - Previous experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on front-of-house operations and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and motivate a team.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
