LEARN, a regional educational service center, is seeking an *Office Manager for Student Support Services.
* The Office Manager assumes responsibility without supervision for specific tasks assigned by the SSS administration, assisting in the overall functions of the Office of Student Support Services.
*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Maintain awareness and knowledge of all aspects of the Student Support Services Offices.
* Work collaboratively to complete tasks related to SSS payroll.
* Organize and manage various work projects, take responsibility for all aspects of completion.
* Assist administration in communication and correspondence with staff, parents, LEAs, other agencies, etc.
* Being aware of LEARN Policies and procedures regarding staff and students.
* Communicate an understanding and awareness of Special Ed.
Programs
* Maintain inventory of books, supplies, equipment, and capital items.
* Manage ordering and online subscriptions.
* Development of school/department schedules, brochures, and announcements.
* Demonstrate ability to use a variety of technologies in regarding program administration, systems/logistics, teaching, and learning.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Work easily with people and collaborate well with others.
* Other duties as assigned by the Special Ed.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE and TRAINING
* Has demonstrated ability to handle and take charge with respect to office needs
* General understanding and knowledge of LEARN policies and procedures regarding students and staff
* Demonstrated ability to independently handle assignments and crisis situations
* Able to balance work responsibilities to accommodate changing needs and priorities
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Detail oriented
* Proven record of maintaining confidentiality
* Strong working knowledge and application of technology skills
