Able to use MANY types of hand tools, power tools.
Worked as Facilities mechanic 6 years.
Worked as CNC Machinist or in Machine Shop 10 plus years.
Mechanic aptitude for auto/small engine repair type work.
Basic to Intermediate Electrical Skills.
Private Property Maintenance or Land Trust work.
Caretaker.
Would also consider some type of mowing job, turf field, golf course
