Duties
The Preschool Teacher is responsible for the general supervision and management of their classroom.
Implement a classroom curriculum reflective of Christian values and guided by children's interests and developmental needs.
Meet physical, social-emotional and cognitive needs of all children in the classroom.
Maintain the classroom to be organized, clean and a nurturing and appropriate environment, based on developmental needs and interests of the children.
Be a Role Mode:
Maintain positive professional interactions with children, families and other staff.
Build bridges for communication with families and the director in order to better document children's daily progress.
Conference with families bi-annually, or as needed, and develop goals for each child with the family.
Develop portfolios for students and families to reflect their child's progress at CLECC
Requirements
Experience teaching in a Early Childhood Center
OEC approval with a background check and finger prints
CPR and First Aide Certification or ability to complete this within 90 days
