Delivery Coordinator

*Responsibilites:* · Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
· Educates customer(s) by explaining simple procedures and features of the vehicle; assists with pairing phones; training garage door openers; reviewing navigation and key fobs.
· Maintains strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models, with ability to effectively present and deliver products to customers.
· Handles customer concerns or complaints immediately and within Columbia Ford and dealership guidelines.
· Assists management and sales staff in maintaining long term customer relationships.
· Maintains a professional appearance within dealership.
*Skill Requirements* At least one year related customer service, sales or automotive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of personal device technology with ability to integrate and effectively communicate in user friendly terminology using effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and computer skills.
Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record and at least age 18 years of age required to drive company or customer vehicles.
